A Poem

Invisible Bridge

Invisible Bridge.
Delicately balanced
between yesterday and tomorrow.

Unforseen footsteps.
Treading from moment to moment,
They follow and proceed.
If only I could see.

Incorigible heartleaps
from you to another you.
Countless shades of darkness and day.

In another reality, you and I are one.
And there is no need for poetry or time,
Our heart a youthful fountain
Turning blood to wine.

Soul-searching strides,
Another inch crossed in blindness.
Perilous depths of heartshatter below.

Quick slow cautious assuredness.

It's around here somewhere.

If only I could see.
